The sealed housing, with protection factor IP67, ensures the DS3608-ER reader is water and dust resistant and withstands drops of up to 2.4 m. The scanner is extremely well protected, so it can be submerged in water for up to 30 minutes. Thanks to its ultra-robust construction, the device can be used in any working environment, at temperatures between -30°C and 50°C.
