Operating systems

Operating systems are the most important applications that run on PCs. They manage the operation of all other programs and applications. Operating systems determine, among other things, which applications run, in what order and for what period, how to distribute resources between applications, manage the input and writing of information to and on hardware devices (HHDs, printers, etc.), generate activity logs. The operating systems have different characteristics, adapted to the types of equipment.
