Steps for Price Matching:

Complete the form We match any price found on all product pages.
Make sure you pass the correct product link from the competing website.
Check if the product is in stock and if it has the same delivery and payment conditions.
Once your request has been sent, you will receive a response from us within maximum 4 working hours.

Criteria for validating applications:

The customer is eligible for price equalization if he has purchased and paid for products on the ITG Store, having created a user account and the purchase associated with the account.
The product for which the price equalization is done must be from the same brand and have the same product code.
The lower price must be expressed in lei and be valid for at least 24 hours, from the sending of the price matching request.
The trial of the lower price will be done by sending the URL (maximum 7 calendar days from the date of purchase specified on the tax receipt/invoice).
Only products that are available in the competitor's stock at the time are eligible of 24 hours, from sending the request.
Products that are part of a loyalty program or a special temporary promotion will not be eligible for this campaign.
The product whose price is lower in the competing store must have the same delivery and payment conditions as on ITG Store.
Service contracts or any other service offered by ITG Store are not part of this campaign.
