Tracking your order

We know that you are impatient to receive the ordered products. Therefore, you can permanently follow the status of your order. Enter your customer account and access the My Orders section. There you can see exactly if the products have gone to you or the order is still being prepared.

Change orders

You forgot to add a product to the order or do you want a different product than the one ordered? No problem! Give us a call at the number 031-780.03.18 or send a message to the address orders@itgstore.eu and we will make the change as soon as possible.

Delivery methods

We want the products to reach you as quickly as possible, so we offer several delivery methods:

The delivery time is variable depending on the products you have ordered. We have several warehouses in several European countries, so delivery times may vary.

For products that are in our stock, the delivery time is between 48 hours and up to a week. We confirm the exact delivery time after receiving your order as soon as possible.

For products that appear on the website in Under Order status, after receiving the order we ask the manufacturer for a delivery date and we send you the information as soon as possible.

If an order contains both products in stock and products on order, we will contact you as soon as possible, to choose between separating the initial order into other orders to send you what we have in stock quickly or wait until we receive all the merchandise and send everything together. If you choose to separate the initial order and the initial order adds more than 500 euros, the order preparation fee will not be applied. If you choose to separate the initial order and the initial order totals less than 500 euros, you will pay the order preparation fee of 11.95 euros only once.

If the delivery is made in a country outside Europe, we will provide the transport cost by email or phone after the order is submitted. .

 

Payment methods

Orders with delivery can be paid by bank transfer, cash on delivery, online with your card or through cryptocurrencies.

Orders picked up from our office can be paid by bank transfer, cash or VISA / MASTERCARD card.

Service products

The cost of transporting products under warranty from the customer to the IT Genetics service is borne by the customer. Returning products under warranty from the service IT Genetics to the client is free.

For equipment sent for service during the post-warranty period, the cost of transportation is paid in full by the customer.
