Service contract 5 years Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive

Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

Characteristics:

✔ contract validity - 5 years;
✔ duration until product return - 3 working days*;
✔ technical support available - from Monday to Friday, during working hours;
✔ access to the online portal for RMAs;
✔ VisibilityIQ OneCare control panel – provides a cloud overview of repairs, technical support, contracts, LifeGuard reports and more.

The Onecare Z1AE-VS40XX-5C00 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. The contract Z1AE-VS40XX-5C00 applies to cameras ( VS40XX ). Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.

Explanatory note:
* this term refers to the period during which the product is in the authorized Zebra service. The transit period is not taken into account.
