Zebra OneCare SValue Non-Comprehensive
Zebra OneCare SValue Non-Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance services, repairs and technical support. The contract covers the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.
Characteristics:
✔ contract validity - 3 years;
✔ duration until product return - 5 working days*;
✔ technical support available - from Monday to Friday, during working hours;
✔ access to the online portal for RMAs.
The Onecare Essential Z1AV-MOBL-3 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. The Z1AV-MOBL-3 contract applies to the EZ320, ZQ120, ZQ220 printers. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.
Explanatory note:
* this term refers to the period during which the product is in the authorized Zebra service. The transit period is not taken into account.
