Service Contract 3 years Zebra OneCare Select Comprehensive - ZT411

Zebra OneCare Select Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

Characteristics:

• contract validity – 3 years;
• delivery on the same day (working day, from the manufacturer) of a new equipment at the time of receipt of the old equipment*;
• technical support available – 24/7;
• access to the online portal for RMAs;
• Spares Pool management – replacement of two print heads;
• Device commissioning – returning the product with the settings initially made by the user**

The Onecare Select Z1AS-ZT411-3C0 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment.

Contract Z1AS-ZT411-3C0 applies to ZT411 printers. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.

Explanatory notes:

*after the manufacturer receives the broken equipment, it will deliver a new equipment (same model) on the same day.
