Zebra OneCare Select Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

Characteristics:

• contract validity – 3 years;
• delivery on the same day (working day, from the manufacturer) of a new equipment at the time of receipt of the old equipment*;
• technical support available – 24/7;
• operating system version updates;
• security updates via LifeGuard Android;
• access to the online portal for RMAs;
• Spares Pool management – replacement of two print heads;
• Device commissioning – returning the product with the settings initially made by the user**

The Onecare Essential Z1BS-ZC1X-3C0 contract can be purchased after 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. Contract Z1BS-ZC1X-3C0 applies to ZC100 printers. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.
