Zebra OneCare Essential is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

✔ Version updates for the operating system
✔ Security updates via LifeGuard Android
✔ Access to the online portal for RMAs

The Onecare Essential Z1AE-ZD230-300 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. Contract Z1AE-ZD230-300 applies to ZD230 label printers. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.

Explanatory note:
* this term refers to the period during which the product is in the authorized Zebra service. The transit period is not taken into account.
