Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers manufacturing defects of the equipment, repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment.
Characteristics:
- contract validity – 3 years;
- duration until product return - 3 working days
The Onecare Essential Z1AE-TC83XX-3C00 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.
The contract only applies if the device has been dropped. The contract applies only to the purchased Zebra TC8300 terminal and does not include the compatible accessories!
