Service Contract 3 years Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive - TC52, includes battery

Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

Characteristics:

✔ contract validity - 3 years;
✔ duration until product return - 3 working days*;
✔ technical support available - from Monday to Friday, during working hours;
✔ access to the online portal for RMAs.
✔ maintenance for the standard battery

The Onecare Essential Z1AE-TC52XX-310 0 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. The Z1AE-TC52XX-3100 contract applies to TC26 mobile terminals and standard accumulators. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.

* this term refers to the period during which the product is in the authorized Zebra service. The transit period is not taken into account.
