Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive Collection

Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive Collection is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

Characteristics:

✔ contract validity - 3 years;
✔ duration until product return - 3 working days*;
✔ priority technical support available - from Monday to Friday, during working hours;
✔ security updates through LifeGuard Android;
✔ access to the online portal for RMAs;
✔ VisibilityIQ OneCare control panel – provides a cloud overview of repairs, technical support, contracts, LifeGuard reports and more.

The Onecare Essential Z1AE-MC33XX-3CC0 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. Contract Z1AE-MC33XX-3CC0 applies to MC3300 mobile terminals. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment. Includes inbound device collection.
