Self-adhesive label applicator STS810

Semi-automatic labeling machine for gluing self-adhesive labels from a roll on containers with straight, square surfaces , cardboard and paper packages. The device has a production rate of 450 to 700 pieces per hour depending on the length of the label and the speed of the user. The containers are positioned on the work platform and a robotic arm picks up and sticks the label on it.
The STS810 label applicator has a key advantage over its competitors, namely the ultrasonic label detection sensor . Thanks to the sensor, the device can use any type of label and liner , even with transparent label and liner . The sensor is contactless resulting in 0% loss of quality and high precision that will not limit the thickness of the label used.

Instructions for use

The orientation is selected according to the direction of the printed labels. The clamping device is fixed on the mobile platform. The labels are fixed and the two tongues of the pressure shaft will lock. Prepare the sensor by adjusting the free space and then by labeling. Adjust the height of the arm according to the size of the container. The position sensors are adjusted according to the desired position on the container.
