The scale is delivered with a metrological inspection, valid for the period specified in the declaration of conformity, valid in the territory of the European Union.

The extension of the metrological validity is carried out by the user according to the current legislation of the territory where the device is used.

The Digi DS-673 electronic scale provides users with precise measurements and a very good visibility of them, thanks to the LED screen with red characters. DS-673 is light, compact, durable and quickly detects weight differences, so ideal in areas where simple weighing is required such as:

• Retail: grocers, butchers, pastry shops, confectionery laboratories, markets, minimarkets, etc.;
• HoReCa: restaurant kitchens, fast food, etc.

Digi DS-673 has a double scale of measurement and precision, so it will display data with a precision of 1g for weights up to 3kg and data with a precision of 2g for weights up to 6kg.

The large LED screen and red characters make the information perfectly visible to users, regardless of the existing light. The Digi DS-673 electronic scale provides weight data through 6 digits.

The keyboard of the Digi DS-673 scale is made up of 3 buttons: the first button controls the automatic zeroing function, the second allows setting the tare, and the third is the on/off button.

Digi DS-673 can be powered from the socket (220V) or through a 5Ah battery. The battery allows the scale to be used continuously for 60 hours.

The Digi DS-673 electronic scale is equipped with a control function that adapts the current consumption to the source to which it is connected, as follows:
- if it is connected to the outlet, the scale will use the energy thus provided, regardless of whether it is equipped with a battery or not. If the power at the outlet stops, the scale will automatically use the battery;
- if the battery is almost discharged, the indicator LED will light up to signal this;
- The indicator LED will also light up when the battery is charging.

Digi DS-673 is manufactured to withstand shocks and overloads, it has an IP65 protection factor, so it is very well protected from splashing liquids. It can also be used without worries in environments with very high humidity (including 85%), at very low (-10°C) or very high (40°C) temperatures.
