Scale Dibal Wind W025, 6/15 kg, extended memory, display support

The scale is delivered with a metrological inspection, valid for the period specified in the declaration of conformity, valid in the territory of the European Union.

The extension of the metrological validity is carried out by the user according to the current legislation of the territory where the device is used.

The Wind scale is part of the 500 Series of the Spanish manufacturer Dibal , a series that provides users with an attractive design, advanced technology and outstanding performance.

Display
Dibal Wind W02 5 is equipped with a graphic screen that displays information about weight, price, total, country, seller and product name. The display is placed on the support.

Extended functionality
The Wind scale has a storage capacity of 5000 items (PLU), you can program up to 10 sellers, and the keyboard has 40x2 preset keys and 9x2 direct keys.

traceability
You can program 20 products (meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, other substances) to identify and track the food and substances incorporated during production, processing and/or distribution.

Easy maintenance
For assistance, the Wind W025 scale can be accessed both locally and remotely, and access to the non-metrological components is done without breaking the metrological seals.

Communications
The Wind W025 is equipped as standard with an Ethernet interface, so the scale can be connected to a PC, it has a cash drawer port and a scanner port.
For an improved administration, up to 10 scales can be interconnected.

Easy programming and operation
The Dibal Wind W0 25 scale was designed based on the needs of users and departments, so the menus are drop-down and can also be printed.
Special keys allow direct access to the programming menus for changing prices, adding new PLU codes or sellers, etc. From the keyboard you can immediately access 999 PLU codes. The equipment allows you to search for PLU codes by number and by name (type the initial letters of the product you are looking for and you will see on the screen the items that correspond to the entered letters). Wind W025 allows the programming of 2 macros (key sequences) for quickly performing some operations, such as accessing the programming parameters, reopening a receipt, generating reports.
For added information security, you can protect the system with a password.

Inventory management
You can enter the initial stock in the memory of the Wind W025 scale, you can generate a sales report (deducted from the stock), you can adjust the stock after the physical inventory of the goods. You can generate and print inventory reports by PLU code or you can centralize the information on the PC.

Direct thermal printing
The Wind scale is equipped with a direct thermal printer, which means you will be able to print receipts and labels of 57x43mm, with a good resolution and at a speed of up to 100mm/s.

For each article you can add multiple information, such as:

✔ base price;
✔ promotional price;
✔ price per weight (for 1kg or for 100g);
✔ 1D barcodes type EAN-13 and GS1 DataBar;
✔ 2 names of 20 characters;
✔ other information within the limit of 1024 characters.

Dibal Wind W0 25 can generate reports related to: sales (sorted according to article, seller or for certain periods of time), the last modified PLUs, the circulation performed in the cash drawer and others.

For receipts, you have 2 fixed formats and one programmable format and they can contain:

✔ up to 40 lines;
✔ up to 4 logos;
✔ barcode;
✔ the name of the seller;
✔ 9 payment methods;
✔ the total expressed in the national currency, in euros, as well as in 2 other currencies;
✔ discounts applied.

You can program up to 40 logos, 100 texts and the texts can be printed in various orientations (90°, 180° or 270° rotation).
The Wind W025 scale printer can work in several ways: pre-packaging, self-service, continuous printing for a determined number of copies.
The supply system with consumables is a box type, so replacing the label rolls with those of receipts or supplying with new consumable rolls is done quickly.

For labels you can select between 20 fixed and 10 programmable formats and they can contain:

✔ up to 40 fields of information;
✔ 3 levels of totals;
✔ global expiration date.

The Dibal WIND-W-025-6/15 scale has a double measurement and precision scale, maximum weighing capacity of 6/15kg, precision of 2/5g, stainless steel platen with a surface of 360x265mm, extended memory, support for display and printer thermal for receipts and labels.

Dibal scales that have thermal label printers in their component do not come with a software for editing the labels. Licenses can be purchased separately.
