With the help of polyester tapes, textile labels resistant to water, detergents and lime can be obtained with a long resistance over time.

For printing these labels, it is recommended to use Armor ribbons from the AXR TX range.

Weaving is the technique used to create textile labels and is made by intertwining the threads, thus creating the final material of the fabric. The main and most frequently used type of fabric to create textile labels is Taffeta. This fabric is the most basic of textile fabrics, it has a smooth and simple appearance that can be combined from several types of fibers.

Armor ATP811 tape is a polyester fabric made from polyester-taffeta fiber. Polyester fibers give the material an excellent resistance to tearing and scratching thanks to the extra coating it has, it allows it to withstand several textile manufacturing processes such as washing, ironing, washing with abrasive stone, chemical cleaning and especially in the process of painting.

The surface of the Armor ATP811 polyester-taffeta fabric is smooth and supple, being comfortable in contact with the skin, giving it high resistance to heat and abrasion. Polyester fibers are also easy to dry and are stronger than nylon because they better resist tearing, abrasion, stretching and shrinking. It also has a high resistance to sunlight and heat.
