The AREX 450 laser marker is part of the new generation of high-performance laser markers based on Fiber Laser technology developed to obtain the highest reliability even in harsh production environments. Thanks to its exceptionally small and robust scan head machined from solid aluminum, the AREX 450 is easy to install in tight spaces, where a small footprint is mandatory and reliability a necessity. The Arex 450 laser marker incorporates the new Greenspot laser, the programmable visual indicator for immediate and efficient visible feedback of the process directly on the marking area.
The built-in controller offers improved performance, built-in communication protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet IP, Profinet), low noise level and a new safety feature with laser off (Safe Laser Off).

The AREX 450 laser marker has a unified write filter (UWF) that ensures the reliability of the operating system in the event of a sudden shutdown, reducing wear and tear on solid state units and helping to increase performance. The marker's built-in motor controller dramatically simplifies the integration of rotary indexers, xy tables and z-axis and is compatible with the micrometric displacement sensor for autofocus operations.
