The PD45 is Honeywell's new commercial-grade industrial printer suitable for manufacturing, retail, transport and logistics, healthcare and government applications. It has an Arm Cortex-A7 processor, 800Mhz, 128MB flash memory and 128MB DDR3 SDRAM.

The industrial print head of the PD45 printer supports both direct thermal transfer and thermal transfer printing modes and can be changed and replaced easily. Honeywell's patented dual-sensor positioning technology also supports dynamic positioning, which ensures a minimum label height of 5mm and a vertical positioning accuracy of 0.5mm.
