ITG Warehouse OMC - Software for warehouse operations with synchronization in OMC

ITG Warehouse OMC is a software solution for managing warehouse operations, which synchronizes the collected data with the OMC management program. It can be used by any company, regardless of size, to manage the flow of goods and products. It consists of 3 components: PC application, terminal application and database.

The Reception history category contains the list of receptions made for customizable periods according to requirements. For each entry, information is displayed regarding: the supplier from whom the goods were received, the number of the document registered in the WTO, the product name and code, the quantity specified on the receipt document and the quantity validated by scanning, any differences between the quantitative values, the corresponding date and time the beginning and end of the reception validation.

The delivery history allows the visualization of the deliveries made in a certain period. Information is displayed on: the customer to whom the delivery was made, the number of the document registered in the WTO, the product name and code, the quantity specified on the delivery document and the quantity validated by scanning, any differences between the quantitative values, the date and time of the start and end of the delivery, the method of delivery and the code of the delivery method.

In the Forms of delivery category, all the modes by which the transport can be carried out are listed. It is recommended to encode the delivery method with a unique barcode, which can be printed and scanned, to streamline deliveries.

By accessing the New Inventory menu, inventories can be carried out using mobile terminals.

Directly from the mobile terminal, ITG Warehouse OMC facilitates the execution of receipts , deliveries and inventories . Operations are possible by scanning barcodes. For each scanned item, detailed identification information is displayed, the detected quantities can be entered, specific documents can be selected.

ITG Warehouse OMC facilitates activities such as:

• identification of products by scanning and specification of details such as: supplier/client, WTO document number, name and product code, value quantities, date and time of start and end of operations;
• delivery and reception of products by scanning;
• streamlining delivery and reception operations;
• updating stocks with the information found after validating the information collected with the mobile terminal.

The back-office application works on Windows operating systems, the oldest supported version being Windows XP. It is necessary to have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

The ITG Warehouse OMC front-office application runs on Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic mobile terminals with Windows CE or Windows Mobile operating system. The following devices are compatible: Zebra MC45, MC55, MC2180, MC31xx, MC32xx, MC91xx, MC92xx, MC65, MC67, MC75; Honeywell Dolphin 6100, Dolphin 6510; Datalogic Skorpio X3, Memor X3, Elf, Falcon X3+.

The displayed price is for 1 license for the mobile terminal. The delivery is done electronically, by e-mail, and the license can be managed from the online interface. The package contains the software solution, the documentation and the complete and detailed manual for installation and use. Installation, training or customization services are not included.
