ITG Warehouse ImmERP - Software for warehouse operations with synchronization in ImmERP

ITG Warehouse ImmERP is a software solution for managing warehouse operations, which synchronizes the collected data with the ImmERP management program. It can be used by any company, regardless of size, to manage the flow of goods and products. Two components are included: front-office application, for mobile terminals and webservice that ensures communication with ImmERP.

To use the application, user authentication is required. He can enter the data manually or scan a barcode on the ID. The application facilitates identification, receipts, new orders, order validations and inventories.

For identification , after scanning the barcode, information about the barcode, name, category, unit price with and without VAT, quantity in the package, unit of measure and total stock is displayed on the screen.

Accessing the Reception menu makes it easier to carry out the necessary operations for receiving the goods. It is possible to select the supplier and the documents according to which the reception is made. The menu allows making product returns (by entering the quantity with a minus in front) and selective or complete deletion of received lines.

Orders can be prepared by accessing the New Order menu. Customers can select from a drop-down list and items can be added to the order by scanning. The total cost of the order will be calculated automatically. New orders entered in this way are automatically validated in ImmERP.

The Order Validation menu allows the validation of orders given in preparation by scanning or manually entering the unique identification code. Changes can be made to the quantities and products introduced. Validated orders are visible in real time in ImmERP. Each validated line contains details about the operator who validated the line, as well as the date and time of the validation.

The Inventory menu facilitates inventory. It is necessary to have an open inventory in ImmERP to be able to carry out specific operations with the mobile terminal. After validating the inventory, difference documents will be created in ImmERP.

The main advantages of the ITG Warehouse ImmERP application are:

ITG Warehouse ImmERP runs on Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic mobile terminals with Windows CE or Windows Mobile operating system. The following devices are compatible: Zebra MC45, MC55, MC2180, MC31xx, MC32xx, MC91xx, MC92xx, MC65, MC67, MC75; Honeywell Dolphin 6100, Dolphin 6510; Datalogic Skorpio X3, Memor X3, Elf, Falcon X3+.

The displayed price is for 1 license for the mobile terminal. The delivery is done electronically, by e-mail, and the license can be managed from the online interface. The package contains the software solution, the documentation and the complete and detailed manual for installation and use. Installation, training or customization services are not included.
