ITG Warehouse Collector is a PC application that facilitates the receipt and delivery of goods, as well as the inventory of items under management with the help of barcode readers.

At the first run, the application creates a database that you can populate by adding or importing item nomenclature and storage locations. For the items , identification information such as: barcode, name, unit of measure, input and output unit price is specified. Items can be added to the list, and the existing ones can be modified or deleted. Stocks per item are calculated and displayed per location. In the list of locations , you can find the spaces where the inventory is carried out, goods are received or shipped. Locations can be set as managements or sub-managements.

By accessing the Entry category, you can see the list of all receptions made in a certain period. The history displays: the date and time of import, the name of the item, the quantity received and the value. The information can be centralized in a report that can be printed or exported in Excel format.

The Outputs category contains the list of deliveries made. For each output, the following are displayed: the date and time of import, the date and time of scanning, the name of the article, the quantity shipped and the value. And the information in this category can be printed or exported in Excel in the form of a report.

In Inventory History you can view data related to the inventory performed after synchronizing the data from the mobile reader with the information from the database. The report corresponding to the completed inventory can be printed or exported in Excel format. In order for the written stock to be replaced with the physical stock after the scan, it is necessary to validate the inventory.

In Stock you have a centralized record of all items with the specification of the current quantity and its value as well as the storage locations. For each item, a warehouse card is available, which contains the history of entries and exits from the stock.
