ITG TourWatch - Software for managing and checking protected objectives

ITG TourWatch is a solution for the management and verification of protected objectives, composed of a database and a back-office application for PC, which facilitates the population of the database, the synchronization with mobile readers and the management of the data obtained by scanning.

You have at your disposal nomenclature of objectives , sections and agents . On each list you can search, filter, add, modify, delete, duplicate, group. Lists can be exported to Excel files that can later be imported into compatible applications for processing. For each entry in the nomenclature you can generate and print a barcode.

ITG TourWatch offers you the possibility to create and print labels with barcodes, which can be used to check the route of the agents and to confirm the protection of the objectives. To scan tags placed at key points, agents can use barcode readers. The captured information is synchronized by connecting the barcode reader to the computer. The application will automatically start the process of downloading the scanned objects from the memory of the mobile readers.

All performed scans will appear in the History category. The following categories of information are available for the scans performed: date and time of import of scanned codes, code and name of the objective, code and name of the section, code, name and surname of the agent, date of scanning and unique code of the reader. The data in the list can be grouped and filtered according to various criteria, can be printed or exported to Excel and CSV files for import into compatible applications.

ITG TourWatch works on Windows operating systems, the oldest supported version being Windows XP. It is necessary to have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed. The application is compatible with Zebra CS3000, CS3070, CS4070 barcode readers.

The displayed price is for 1 PC license. The delivery is done electronically, by e-mail, and the license can be managed from the online interface. The package contains the software solution, the documentation and the complete and detailed manual for installation and use. Installation, training or customization services are not included.
