ITG Service is a software solution for managing repair and maintenance operations. It consists of a back-office application, used on PC and a front-office application, used on mobile terminals.

The back-office application facilitates the import of CSV or text files with information about products, parts and types of parts.

ITG Service, the mobile application

ITG Service for mobile terminals has 2 modules, one for identifying products, parts and types of parts and a module for operating the service sheet. Both are used by scanning or typing the barcode corresponding to the product.

ITG Service, service sheet

In the Service sheet module, after identifying the product, a new sheet is opened if there is no active one. There is only one active service card for each product. Each service card contains two categories of information: the "Card" category displays the parts and types of parts used in service operations, and the "Info" category presents the list of parts and types of parts required for repair. Entries made in the "Fisa" category can be modified or deleted.

The main advantages of ITG Service are:

  • quick information about the parts and quantity needed to repair an item;
  • finding out the history of the product and the operations carried out;
  • the association of parts and types of parts with each article;
  • clear evidence of service records;
  • it works based on barcodes.

The back-office application works on Windows operating systems, the oldest supported version being Windows XP. It is necessary to have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

ITG Service front-office runs on Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic mobile terminals with Windows CE or Windows Mobile operating system. The following devices are compatible: Zebra MC45, MC55, MC2180, MC31xx, MC32xx, MC91xx, MC92xx, MC65, MC67, MC75; Honeywell Dolphin 6100, Dolphin 6510; Datalogic Skorpio X3, Memor X3, Elf, Falcon X3+.

The displayed price is for 1 mobile terminal license , it only works together with the ITG Service - Software license for managing repair and maintenance operations for the back-office ( SRV-WCE-1UM ). The delivery is done electronically, by e-mail, and the license can be managed from the online interface. The package contains the software solution, the documentation and the complete and detailed manual for installation and use. Installation, training or customization services are not included.
