ITG Scale Print

ITG Scale Print is a complex weighing and label printing solution. It consists of: back-office application, front-office application and print server.

The back-office application allows adding lists of articles, product categories, units of measure and VAT rates. The information from the lists can be imported from and exported to Excel files. For any entry in the nomenclature, new information can be added, and the existing entries can be modified or deleted, according to the requirements. The item counting function allows you to set the countable attribute when setting a new item and then the unit weight of the item. When the product is weighed, the total weight is divided by the unit weight, thus obtaining the number of items on the scale. The resulting number can be printed on the label as a text or barcode . You can also print a barcode containing the PLU code and the number of weighed pieces. In the case of an article with variable weight, the weight of the article will be obtained.
For the listed items you will be able to set: category, unit of measure, VAT rate and a representative photo. The image will be displayed in the front-office application, for a faster identification of the products. The article code consists of the EAN prefix (20-29) and the PLU code.

Information from the Weighing History can be displayed for periods determined according to requirements. The list in this category can be exported in Excel format for further processing.
In Label Formats you can add new templates or modify or delete existing formats. The list of available formats will also be found in the front-office application.
The front-office application displays the main product categories and the usable label formats for each item after weighing. You can choose which category of articles is displayed. If it is not possible to display all the products in the category in one screen, several pages will be automatically generated and you will be able to navigate between them.

After selecting a product by pressing the designated button, it can be weighed and the label with the resulting weight can be printed. Several consecutive weighings can be performed for the same item. If it is necessary to change the article, close the active window and resume the above procedure.

Updates to the ITG Scale Print software application include:

✔ the option to scan an additional barcode during the weighing process.

The back-office application works on Windows operating systems, the oldest supported version being Windows XP. It is necessary to have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.
ITG Scale Print front-office is compatible with POS systems with at least Windows XP operating system and with Dibal, Digi, SWS, Ohaus Defender and Ohaus Valor scales.
The displayed price is for 1 license that will be activated on the POS system. The delivery is done electronically, by e-mail, and the license can be managed from the online interface. The package contains the software solution, the documentation and the complete and detailed manual for installation and use. Installation, training or customization services are not included.
