ITG Retail - Software for sales

ITG Retail is a software solution that facilitates the implementation and supervision of the entire sales process. Included in this solution are: the back-office application, the application for the POS system and the front-office application for the mobile terminal.

The back-office application is used to enter the nomenclature of the sold products, which allows mobile terminals with the front-office application to be used for goods entry and exit, transfer and inventory operations, and on POS systems with the corresponding application sales are made. You will have permanent access to stocks and requests from customers.

For the products in the nomenclature, relevant information can be filled in, such as: categories, units of measure, VAT rates, partners, work points, warehouses, locations, entry and exit documents, goods transfers, movement history.

ITG Retail POS is designed for touch screen POS systems, but it can be used on any POS system or PC to which useful peripherals are connected such as: barcode reader, cash register, printer, scale, etc. The settings for the cash register and the scale are made directly from the application.

The application can only be used by authenticated operators. They can carry out transactions by scanning the bar code corresponding to the products, or by entering numerical codes associated with the items.

Two payment options are allowed: partial payment or full payment. The partial payment option is used when a transaction is paid by several means of payment: cash, card or vouchers. After paying the value of the goods, it is possible to print a receipt on the cash register.

ITG Retail POS allows you to perform operations specific to cash registers, such as: entering or withdrawing sums of money, printing the X and Z report, forcefully closing a receipt when the cash register is blocked.

ITG Retail for POS systems is compatible with POS systems with Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 operating systems, with Digi and Dibal scales, with Datecs cash registers and with any type of barcode readers and printers.

The back-office application works on Windows operating systems, the oldest supported version being Windows XP. It is necessary to have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

The front-office application runs on Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic mobile terminals with Windows CE or Windows Mobile operating systems. The following devices are compatible: Zebra MC45, MC55, MC2180, MC31xx, MC32xx, MC91xx, MC92xx, MC65, MC67, MC75; Honeywell Dolphin 6100, Dolphin 6510; Datalogic Skorpio X3, Memor X3, Elf, Falcon X3+.

The displayed price is for 1 license for the POS system. The delivery is done electronically, by e-mail, and the license can be managed from the online interface. The package contains the software solution, the documentation and the complete and detailed manual for installation and use. Installation, training or customization services are not included.
