ITG Picking for Shopmania Biz is an order preparation and validation solution consisting of 2 applications: back-office and front-office. The back-office application ensures communication between the Shopmania Biz platform and the mobile terminals. The front-office application is installed directly on mobile terminals with Android operating system and built-in barcode reader and allows the processing of requests received online.

The front-office application provides warehouse workers with product identification, order validation and settings configuration functions. The identification function allows, after scanning the barcode associated with the item, to display information about the product name, SKU code, available stock and a representative image. The validation function shows the workers the content of the order and assists them in preparing for delivery. Scan or enter the code on the order, then validate the content by scanning the barcodes associated with the requested items. By accessing the Settings function, the port through which the mobile terminal transfers the captured data for order identification and validation to the back-office application is established.

The back-office application has two main functions: first of all, it ensures communication between the Shopmania Biz platform and the warehouse workers' terminals; secondly, it keeps records of orders and their status. The orders received in Shopmania Biz are exported from the platform in the form of an Excel file. It is imported automatically or manually in the BackOffice application. If the application remains open, the synchronization procedure is carried out periodically at set time intervals. In the back-office application, you can see who handled an order, which items were validated and in what quantity. Validated orders can be filtered, displayed or exported in Excel files for further analyzes and reports.
