ITG Mobile Checking - Software for managing cargo flows

ITG Mobile Checking is a solution for tracking the flow of inputs/outputs and current stock, consisting of 2 applications (back-office and front-office) connected to a database. The back-office application is used on the PC to set the nomenclature of products, categories, sizes and colors, as well as to generate reports. The front-office application is installed directly on mobile terminals, for product identification, as well as for entering and removing them from stock.

The back-office application from ITG Mobile Checking offers you the possibility to set and manage product nomenclature, categories, sizes and colors. For each nomenclature you can perform operations such as: add, modify, delete, group and sort data, search; the data can be exported to Excel files. From the back-office application you can generate reports on the inputs and outputs of products in and out of stock, including the current stock situation. The data from the reports can be grouped or sorted, searches and filters can be performed on them and they can be exported to Excel files. The application allows the back-up of the database.

The front-office application is used on mobile terminals and allows the following operations to be performed: identifying products, entering and removing them from stock. By accessing the Identification option, after scanning the barcode corresponding to a product, the information from the database regarding the name, dimensions, color and current stock will be displayed. The Entry function allows the introduction of the product into stock by scanning the barcode and filling in the relevant information, such as the quantity and the corresponding identification data. The Exit function facilitates the removal of products from stock by scanning the barcode and filling in the quantity.

The advantages of using the ITG Mobile Checking software solution are:

• setting an individual barcode for each location product;

• transaction history (inputs, outputs, transfers).

The back-office application works on Windows operating systems, the oldest supported version being Windows XP. It is necessary to have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

The front-office application runs on Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic mobile terminals with Windows CE or Windows Mobile operating systems. The following devices are compatible: Zebra MC45, MC55, MC2180, MC31xx, MC32xx, MC91xx, MC92xx, MC65, MC67, MC75; Honeywell Dolphin 6100, Dolphin 6510; Datalogic Skorpio X3, Memor X3, Elf, Falcon X3+.

The displayed price is for 1 license for the mobile terminal, the license for the back-office application is free. The delivery is done electronically, by e-mail, and the license can be managed from the online interface. The package contains the software solution, the documentation and the complete and detailed manual for installation and use. Installation, training or customization services are not included.
