ITG Harvesting Management - Software for managing the harvesting of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis

ITG Harvesting Management is a software solution that automates the management process of the fruit and vegetable harvesting activity. Includes back-office application and POS application.

The back-office application allows adding and defining articles, adding and defining types of users, weighing records and generating activity reports. Add categories of articles (vegetables, fruits, etc.) and relevant details. Add articles and designate the category they belong to - you will be able to generate much clearer and more detailed reports. For each item, you can add a name, additional details and a photo. The name and image of the article will also be displayed in the POS application.

The record of weighings can be filtered by determined time intervals. The following information will be displayed: the date and time of the weighing, the name of the item and the corresponding category, the barcode on the packaging, the weight, the name of the picker and the operator who carried out the weighing, any mentions.

When accessing the Activity report category, a record opens that can be filtered by time intervals and collectors. Optionally, the cost of the pickers can be calculated, that is, the agreed payment amount per unit of measure is entered and the application automatically calculates the total payment for each picker separately. Activity reports can be printed or exported in PDF or Excel format.

The POS application synchronizes information about items, categories and operators from the back-office application. After logging in, users can select the desired product categories and all items from the list will be displayed. If there is a large number of articles, the application will page them automatically, so that for each article the set name and photo will be displayed.

After selecting an item from the list, the weighing window opens in which the weight recorded by the scale connected through the RS232 COM1 serial port will be automatically retrieved. To retrieve the barcode from the packaging, check the Packaging box and scan the code with a barcode reader connected via USB. The next step is to establish the collector and enter annotations, if necessary.

By pressing the Validate button, the entered data is saved, together with the information about the operator who performed the weighing, quantity, collector, mentions, date and time of weighing. All these are available in the back-office application.

The ITG Harvesting Management software solution will help you to:

• manage various types of article categories and numerous articles;
• set different types of users, depending on the role performed (manager, weighing operator, collector);
• add names, details and useful mentions for each article;
• generated clear and detailed reports of the collectors' activity;
• work with a wide range of POS systems and label scales.

The back-office application works on Windows operating systems, the oldest supported version being Windows XP. It is necessary to have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

ITG Harvesting Management front-office is compatible with POS systems with at least Windows XP operating system and Digi and Dibal scales.

The displayed price is for 1 license for the POS system. The delivery is done electronically, by e-mail, and the license can be managed from the online interface. The package contains the software solution, the documentation and the complete and detailed manual for installation and use. Installation, training or customization services are not included.
