An invoice is an accounting document issued by a company (supplier) to another company or individual (customer).
This document contains the list of products sold or services provided to the client by the supplier.
According to the fiscal invoice model approved by the Ministry of Finance, employees must fill in the following information:
- order number of the invoice
- date of invoice
- the date on which the goods were delivered / the services were rendered
- data of the company issuing the invoice: name, address and tax registration code
- data of the beneficiary: name, address and tax registration code
- data about the goods delivered or services provided: name, quantity, unit price, value without VAT
