The Magellan 9900i barcode reader offers the highest scanning volume in its class with the latest imaging technology. Regardless of the 1D, 2D, GS1 or Digimarc symbologies, the reader ensures the fastest reading speeds and the easiest operation.

Magellan 9900i has Scale Sentry technology that monitors the two main sides of the tray with an infrared (invisible) beam to detect if the products are placed incorrectly on the tray. Wrongly placed products will interrupt the infrared beam and trigger an alert to the cashier, preventing the transmission of the weight to the POS until it is corrected by the cashier.
