Datalogic VLASE GR10 Marker
VLASE GR10 Marker is part of the new series of laser markers dedicated to the general manufacturing, electronics, automotive and aerospace industries for the direct marking of parts on materials with high reflectivity, heat sensitive parts and high stability thermoplastic components. It combines the long experience of producing high performance and quality DPSS laser sources with the flexibility and performance of the EMC controller.
VLASE laser markers use state-of-the-art pump coupling technology, the most efficient and reliable solution for diode-pumped solid-state laser sources to provide excellent beam quality, high power and short pulse width. Designed for demanding 24H/7 processes, the VLASE series offers unparalleled performance and is the ideal solution for direct marking of parts in any market segment, including the automotive, electronics, packaging industry, as well as marking surgical instruments and other applications.

VLASE GREEN laser markers work on the VL-IR platform and use Second Harmonica Generation (SHK). Their wavelength results in a smaller heat affected zone (HAZ) compared to an infrared laser. This laser source offers significant advantages in marking applications with materials such as plastics that do not interact with infrared wavelengths.
Datalogic VLASE GR10 Marker is a general purpose laser marker for a wide range of materials due to the excellent quality of the integrated beam. The high power and short pulse width ensure a reduced thermal footprint and a reduced heat affected area. It ensures stable and precise marking on non-additive thermoplastic polymers (ABS, PP, PES, PET, PCV) and on coated materials or materials with reduced absorption.
