CardPresso XL, XXS upgrade

CardPresso XL is a complete software solution for creating, encoding and printing PVC cards, even with security features. It is fast and easy to use, it gives you access to predefined templates, it allows you to create new and complex templates. You will get professional-quality printed cards on one or both sides, with company-specific identification elements and personalized identification information.

The XL version is available as an electronic upgrade for users who own CardPresso XXS on USB dongle.

CardPresso XL has an easy-to-use interface, WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get): you always see what will be printed on the card, including the information to be encoded, and all applied changes are immediately visible. The whole process, from creation to printing, is structured in stages that guide you throughout the entire operation. Add the desired logo, the required image, select the color and font of the text, other information such as 1D, 2D or QR barcodes and more. CardPresso XL also facilitates the encoding of information on cards equipped with a magnetic stripe and on RFID (contactless) cards.

CardPresso XL allows importing from .XLS, .XLSX, .CSV, .TXT files and offers the possibility of accessing MS Access databases. You can perform searches in the databases. The software is compatible with OLE objects and recognizes the photos included in the databases. It is possible to perform operations such as cutting, rotating and resizing for the elements included on the card.

Compared to its predecessor, CardPresso XL benefits from the following additional functions:

• Fingerprint capture;
• User logs and the actions they perform within the software;
• Display information to be encoded;
• Complex graphic templates, on several layers (layers);
• Managing the addition of special layers (Overlay/UV/F);
• Automatic printing by updating the database (function available only on Windows);
• ODBC connection to external databases;
• Encoding SmartCard and RFID (contactless) time cards;
• Support for internal or external RFID encoding devices;
• Mifare CLASSIC and Ultralight card encoding (including NFC).

The included image editor makes it easy to change contrast, brightness, colors, monochrome conversion and more.

With CardPresso XL you will be able to print one, several or large volumes of cards at once. The software can be used by large companies, universities and hospitals to print cards that have the purpose of: identifying employees/students, granting access to different sectors or for customer loyalty.

CardPresso XL is compatible with card printers Evolis Primacy, Evolis Quantum, Evolis Zenius, Magicard Enduro 3E DUO and more.
