The Quickscan series of readers from Datalogic ADC is the designated quality line for general purpose. The Quickscan QW2170 linear imager is an entry level product created especially for reading long and truncated barcodes that are common in several places in the world. This reader is perfect for retail, manufacturing, document processing and banking/financial environments.

The Datalogic QW2170 imager is small, light and its ergonomic design makes it comfortable to be used every day. It offers high reading performance on most 1D codes and features a wide scanning angle with an extended scan line that is perfect for capturing longer and wider barcodes, often found on utility bills and used by electronic parts manufacturers. Additionally, the scanning line is thinner and brighter, allowing users to scan at wide angles without having to increase the scanning distance.

The QW2170 imager features Datalogic certified "Green Spot" technology for positive feedback directly on the code.

The QW2170 linear imager is available with a PS2 Keyboard Wedge cable. The Datalogic Aladdin configuration software offers user-friendly features that simplify starting the procedure even for less experienced operators.
