With the PD9630 DPX portable scanner, Datalogic offers an ergonomic and well-balanced solution for industrial applications, in addition to the omnidirectional reading of 1D, 2D barcodes, it is ideal for direct part marking ( DPM ) applications, where the codes are applied directly on object, using various marking technologies, such as laser engraving, inkjet printing, electrochemical engraving, etc.

Datalogic PowerScan PD963 0-DPX combines omnidirectional reading capabilities with special optical characteristics, thus, it can capture a variety of barcodes, regardless of positioning or the material on which the code is made.

To confirm the successful scanning of barcodes, PowerScan PD9630-DPX emits audio, visual and vibration alerts through the patented 3GL (3 Green Lights) system: 3 green light points projected on the scanned code and white light illumination. Also, Datalogic's Motionix technology allows the reader to sense the user's movements to automatically change the scanning mode.
