Zebra OneCare Essential Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

Characteristics:

✔ Technical support available - from Monday to Friday, during business hours
✔ Version updates for the operating system
✔ Access to the online portal for RMAs
✔ VisibilityIQ OneCare control panel – provides a cloud overview of repairs, technical support, contracts, LifeGuard reports and more.

The Onecare Essential Z1AE-ZD4X1-5C0 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. The Z1AE-ZD4X1-5C0 contract applies to the ZD421 and ZD411 label printers. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.

Explanatory note:
* this term refers to the period during which the product is in the authorized Zebra service. The transit period is not taken into account.
