3-year Zebra OneCare Select Comprehensive Service Contract - 110Xi4, 140Xi4, 170Xi4

Zebra OneCare Select Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance, repair and technical support services. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment, the repairs that may occur following accidents that damaged the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

Characteristics:

• contract validity – 3 years;
• delivery on the same day (working day, from the manufacturer) of a new equipment at the time of receipt of the old equipment*;
• technical support available – 24/7;
• access to the online portal for RMAs;
• Spares Pool management – replacement of two print heads;
• Device commissioning – returning the product with the settings initially made by the user**

The Onecare Select Z1AS-XI41-3C0 contract can be purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. The Z1AS-XI41-3C0 contract applies to the 110Xi4, 140Xi4 and 170Xi4 printers. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.
