Zebra OneCare Essential Non-Comprehensive is a service contract that gives you access to maintenance services, repairs and technical support. The contract covers the manufacturing defects of the equipment and the repair or replacement of worn components following the normal use of the equipment over time.

Characteristics:

duration until product return - 3 working days*;
technical support available - from Monday to Friday, during working hours;
access to the online portal for RMAs.

The Onecare Essential Z1BE-ZT2X-300 contract can be purchased after 30 days from the purchase of the equipment. The Z1BE-ZT2X-300 contract applies to the ZT220 and ZT230 printers. Does not apply to accessories compatible with the equipment.
